日比谷のパレスホテルの中にある、鮨のかねさかへ行ってきました。
かねさかはホテルオークラに入ってる店には行ったことがありましたがパレスホテルの方は初めて。
とにかくパレスホテルのロビーや雰囲気も素敵です。
最初はビールで乾杯。その後は日本酒へ。
最初は魚をツマミで色々と。
頂いたのは、シマアジ、つぶ貝、中トロ、どれも良いネタですね、美味しい。
日本酒は辛口のばくれんを。お酒が進みます。
その後は握りへ。

・平貝磯辺焼き
・シマアジ
・つぶ貝
・中トロ
・赤貝
・雲丹
・穴子
・イクラ
・トロたく
どれも上質なネタで美味しかったですね、シャリも良い味なのですが、小さめなので自分には少し物足りなかったです。
美味しい鮨でした、また来ます。
