水なすのさっぱり感にしらすの食感、かに味噌マヨの塩味と旨味が加わって最初からすごく美味しいです。
青のりといくらの自家製うにプリンは、いくらのツブツブ食感とうにの濃厚なコク、プリンのまろやかさが奏でるトリオはお口の中で最高のハーモニーになっていますね。
他の料理も素材、味付けともに本当に素晴らしいです。
前菜から、お刺身、鍋、デザートまで合計８品の美味しい料理と日本酒１０種類を含む飲み放題が付いて5,500円というのは本当に価格破壊レベルのお得さです。
