逸品は「新玉ねぎの〜」、「ホタルイカと〜」、前者は通常脇役の玉ねぎが主役の品、硬過ぎず、柔らか過ぎずの火入れ、海藻バターの風味と相まって美味。
後者は色々な野菜の風味、最後に少しホタルイカが主張する微妙な味わいが斬新でした。
広さは中箱、雰囲気はゆったりでジャズ(ピアノ)BGM,、接客はソツがなく、質、量とも優れていてコスパも良し、総じて良いお店だと思います。
夜景は店の一部でコロナ前はドリンクガーデンとして営業していた外庭から東京駅丸の内口殆どが見えます。
