とんかつや豚しゃぶなど豚料理のお店だと思って素通りしようとしたところで〝伊勢肉〟との文字を目にします
伊勢のお肉といえば…
頭に浮かんでくるのは、やはり牛肉ですよね
お昼の時間にはステーキ重や牛丼など手頃にいただけるお料理が揃っているようでもありますし、今日のお昼はこちらへお邪魔することにいたします
牛丼といえば甘めのタレで煮込まれるために、暑い日にはちょっと… と敬遠される方も多いのでありましょう
いただいた「夏牛丼」には実山椒が使われることでの香りに〝涼〟を感じることができて…
その爽やかさがおいしさに花を添えてくれますね
お肉は佃煮のようにしっかりと煮込まれていますので、脂身のとろけるような舌ざわりや甘みを感じることはできませんが、噛みしめるほどに滲み出るような赤身のおいしさを楽しむことができました
また、シャキッとした歯ごたえを残す玉ねぎが良い箸休めになって飽きることなくいただけたこともすばらしいことでありますし、ご飯も一粒ひと粒がしっかりとしていておいしくいただけます
