お店はきれいなラーメン屋さんって感じです。
他のお店が割と高価格ななか入りやすいです。
600円位の基本のあぶらそばを注文しました。
届くときにお店の人が食べたかた教えてくれます。
酢と辛くないラー油を二廻ししてしっかり混ぜていただきまーす。
お味ですが油そばらしい香辛料や油の風味に
ネギやチャーシューもしっかり具としてのおいしさがあるし。
ラーメンと違って一体になるおいしさというよりかは、
混ぜご飯みたいなわちゃっとしておいしさが油そばらしいおいしさ。
