火曜日の夜も気がつけば22時半。
明日も早いし…今夜は手っとり早く麺で済ませますか？
そんなわけで以前から気になっていた油そば屋「油ソバ専門店 山ト天」へ。
・ピリ辛キューリ漬け（390円）
・ジャージャー油ソバ（680円）
油そば、ひさしぶりに食べました。
あまり油そばって食べないんですよね。たまに食べるとウマいな、って思うんですけど、なにせ油そばってお店が少ないじゃないですか。
この「油ソバ専門店 山ト天」は新宿とここ京橋の2店舗展開の油そば専門店。
「ジャージャー油ソバ」の具材は肉味噌、白葱、青葱、海苔、胡麻という組合せ。
ここにテーブルに置いてある酢と辣油を軽く1回ずつくらい掛け回し、これまたテーブルに置いてあるみじん切りにされた玉葱を投入。
油そばとは言うものの、この「油ソバ専門店 山ト天」のそれはライトな食感を重視しているようで、油は植物油で軽め、辣油もほとんど辛くなく、また麺も見た目は太く存在感がありますが、実際に食べてみるとそれほど主張が強くないというタイプ。
インパクトはありませんが、全体のバランスという面ではよく考えられている油そばです。
なお、お店によると油そばのカロリーは通常のラーメンの約半分なんだそうです。
ラーメンはスープにけっこうカロリーがあるってことですね。
