インスタで特集しようと串揚げを食べ歩く日々。
今回は串亭へ。
京橋駅からほぼ直結の東京スクエアガーデン内地下1F。
お店はキッチンを囲む形の大きなカウンターが印象的。
今回は平日のみ提供の串揚げ8本お決まりコースを。

結論、このコースお値打ち♪
前菜から丁寧に作られています。
串揚げにつきもののキャベツ等々の野菜スティックにつけるそぼろがたっぷり入った甘い味噌。素晴らしく美味しい！

食べる前から揚げ物にはシャンパン？となり、テタンジェをボトルでオーダー。
串揚げもとても考え抜かれているものばかり。
黒毛和牛は三つに分かれていて、舞茸の牛肉巻きは口に入れるとするするとほどけ！
どの串も食べやすく、きちんとした仕込みをされてるんだなあとなり。
鮭いくらはたっぷりのいくらが新鮮で贅沢感ありました。
まるでデザートのようないが栗は甘くてホクホク。
と最初から最後まで美味しく、そして豚ヒレを追加！！
赤ワインで♪
〆にはたっぷりのじゃこいりのご飯とお味噌汁。
総じてアルコールの値付けがリーズナブルなこともあり、
たっぷり飲んで大満足！！
串揚げは季節ものも充実。松茸の串も香りが華やかで良かったなあ。
大好きな牡蠣もあるし、マッシュルームグラタンって何～、と気になるものばかり。
