三田の薩摩藩邸跡に本店を出したころは
革命児扱いだったように記憶してる
また、今はない晴海のお店は
めちゃくちゃリーズナブルだったなぁ
と…思いは巡る
当店もそれなりの頻度でソロで丼等頂いてきた筈だが
コメントは初
まぁ、ここは会食以上のお店だものね
と、いいつつ頼んだのは
ランチで一番お安いコース
メインはトマトと牛肉を選択
この組合せはつくづく旨いと思う
前菜やゴハンも素材よし
さらに、さかのぼるが
前菜は栗や銀杏があったりして季節感あり

音もなく登場
さらにバックヤードがあるのかしら？
観察してなかったので、謎
車海老は期待に比べると
やや小ぶりながら
味は流石の濃さ
野菜もよい材料と実感

ほぼ野口になったこのご時世では
