ネットでランチの「牛しぐれ煮 トマトすき焼き仕立て」を見かけて
1回食べてみたい！と思って、近くまで来た折に寄ってみました。
お一人様で予約無しで来てみましたが、入店OKでした。
調理場がよく見渡せるカウンター席に案内されましたよ。
ランチのコースで「曙」をオーダーしました。
メインは選べますが、もう決めていますから！
・牛しぐれ煮 トマトすき焼き仕立て
・江戸前 穴子一本揚げ
・本日の焼物
・牛フィレ肉鉄板焼き（＋500円）
お盆にのった色とりどりでかわいい「八寸」からいただきます。
春のメニューだったので、梅の小枝が添えられており、ホタルイカも入っていました。
茶碗蒸しはわりとシンプル目。
メインが楽しみです。
牛しぐれ煮 トマトすき焼き仕立てがやってきました。
ご飯、赤だし、香の物も付いています。
ひたひたのすき焼きの割下に大きな切り身の牛肉が入っています。
トマトは1/2個くらい入っているようです。
そしてバジルの葉が1枚乗っていました。
牛肉はいいお肉を使っているなぁと思いました。
トマトもとっても美味しい。
割下の濃い味、結構好きです。
れんげが欲しかった。ご飯にかけたいくらいｗ
そして、ソフトクリームがめちゃ美味しかったんですよ！！！
黒みつがかかった濃厚ソフト。
このソフトクリームだけ食べに来たいくらい。
ぜいたくランチでしたけど、美味しかったのでまた食べたいな。
