I was aiming for a different restaurant, but I couldn't get in because reserved, so I just walked in. It's also helpful that last order for lunch is until 2pm. I remembered that Basara was a Michelin star restaurant famous for tomato Sukiyaki, so I thought it was a branch of the famous Basara in Mita, but it turns out it has nothing to do with it. This seems to be part of a famous Japanese restaurant in Tokushima called Aoyagi. I received the lunch set, Fuga, for 4,400 yen. The store is stylish and clean, perfect for a date. You can see them cooking in the open kitchen. Hassun, sashimi, and Small dish come in 3 tiers like afternoon tea, and that alone will get you excited! The presentation is beautiful and the food is delicious. I think Japanese Cuisine is the best. Unfortunately, if you explained what each dish was, it would have been twice as fun. Shortly after, the main dish of tomato Sukiyaki (shigureni) and meal set were served. Tomato Sukiyaki is so delicious. At first, it's arranged neatly, so I don't think the goodness will come out unless you break up the tomatoes and mix them. The meat is of good quality and is delicious. There's a lot of it too. decoration? It might be better without the basil. It has a pretty strong scent. I haven't eaten Basara's tomato Sukiyaki in Mita, so I can't compare the taste, but the tomato Sukiyaki here doesn't use olive oil or garlic, it's just a pure Japanese-style Sukiyaki with tomatoes, and it's light. . The onions were quite crunchy, and I think they did it that way on purpose, but I generally think it would be better if they were softer. However, I was surprised at how incredibly bad the rice was. Maybe it was just the wrong way to cook it, but even though all the other dishes were delicious, the taste of the rice stood out. Pickles are delicious. The red soup stock was accented with the scent of Japanese pepper. Cherry blossom Soft serve ice cream for dessert. The cherry blossom flavors aren't all that delicious, but they have a nice seasonal feel. 4,400 yen for lunch is a bit extravagant, but considering the satisfaction you get, I don't think CP is bad. Recommended for dates or when your wallet is warm.
