京橋飲みで二軒目に行ったお店。
既に11時近い時間でしたが、店内、テラスともに満席。
ここは朝4時までやっているそうです...
カウンターが空いたので、通していただきました。
一軒目が和食だったので、ワインを飲んで〆でパスタと考えていた通りにオーダー。
ワインのおともには、レーズンバターを。
パスタにはカルボナーラが食べたいと主張するメンバーがいたので、メニューにはないが聞いてみたところ、快く受けてくれました。
レーズンバターもカルボナーラも、ワインが進むような大人な味付けです。
三人だったので、ペロリと完食。
メニューを見て、「バンザイチャーハン」なるものを発見！
店員にどんなものなのか聞いてみると、なんとトリュフが入っているということ。
金額も1200円と高くないので、興味本意で追加オーダー。
これが大正解！！
少し油っぽさを感じましたが、胡麻油の香りのあとに、トリュフの薫りが残ります。
トッピングされている目玉焼きがまたよく合います。
かなり食べた後の〆でしたが、食欲をかきたてられる一皿できれいに完食しました。
次回は一軒目で行きたいと思います。
