東京イカセンターでイカ刺し2024年05月02日
いつものメンバーです。先日は洋食だったので今回は和食。唐津で食べたイカが忘れられなくて、「イカセンター」なんて見つけちゃったらやっぱりここでしょう～！

お店の真ん中に生け簀があります。

せっかくイカセンターに来たので活アオリイカ刺しは必須です。
他にも魅力的なものがいろいろ。。。
まずはお通しがやってきました。グラスはジンジャエールです。
大根と分厚いさつま揚げの煮物。おいしかったです。
そしてすぐ出てきたのがポテトサラダ。ポテトサラダに魚肉ソーセージですか～。ちょっと意外でした。
ビールにはやっぱりそら豆！
蛤の酒蒸し。なんと大きな蛤でしょう！そしてスープがとってもおいしかった。
アオリイカの刺身の前にゲソが出てきました。お醤油をかけるとまだ動きますよ、とのことでしょうゆをかけているの図。
はい、ぴくぴくと動きました～！イカの足は10本ある割には少なくないですか～？
そしてイカ刺し！
きらきらと透明です！どうやったらこのこまかい筋が付くんでしょう。包丁が違うのでしょうか。山葵、生姜、塩、レモンがついてきました。
とっても甘くておいしかったです。
イカ刺しに合わせてみなさんは日本酒。あまいね、といっておりました。私には不明。。。
イカリングフライです！山盛りです！タルタルが鬼のように乗ってます！
これが身が厚くて柔らかくておいしかったこと自分でイカリングフライなんてぜ～～～ったいしないし～。大変おいしかったです。
そして次のお酒。こちらの方が辛口だったようです。
酒盗と日本酒。いいですね～～～
もう少し食べたいね、ということでブリのはらす。
さんざんイカリングフライを食べてもうお腹がいっぱいといった割にきっちり一番おいしいところをいただきました～ごめんね、みんな。
そして最後にいかめし。
濃いめの味付けでした。さすがにお腹いっぱいになってきて、小さいところを少々だけいただきました。
いや～満足満足。唐津ほどではないですけど大変おいしい房総のアオリイカでした。
もともとイカ刺しはあまり好きではないのですがこのキラキラのはおいしい！人気店なのか引き上げるころには満席でした。連休中の平日にもかかわらず、です。オジサン率の高いお店でした。
ということでイカを堪能した日でした。ごちそうさまでした～！
