東京駅の駅ビルレストラン街にある米沢牛専門店。味は大正時代創業の伝統を守っているそうですが、きれいで洗練された感じのお店です。
今回は「米沢牛特上焼肉丼定食」をいただきました。柔らかくて、少し噛みしめるだけで脂がジュワッとでて呑み込める牛肉はさすがですね。タレもいい味でした。小鉢やお新香も優しい味付けで、作りの丁寧さを感じました。みそ汁には豆腐やナメコ、そして巻き麩2つが入っていて嬉しかったです。
