大手町タワーという高層オフィスビルの地下にはOOTEMORIというレストラン街があり、その中の一店。通路沿いの細長い店で、レストランというより、軽食とビール、というほうが相応しい店かも知れない。が、今回は友人との会食で飲みほ付きのコースを予約。前菜、タパス３種は鯛のカルパッチョひと切れ、ピクルス、オリーブ。生ハム。ソーセージ、パテの盛り合わせ（シャリュキュトリー、というそうだ）。トマトの載ったベルギー風サラダ。フライドポテトは牛脂で揚げてあって香ばしい。マヨネーズ付き。ムール貝ワイン蒸し。肉団子（ブーレット、というそうだ）のトマト煮はベルギー名物。ロティサリーチキン。デザートはフルーツカクテル。
飲み物は白ビール、ヒューガルデンでスタート。２杯目はステラ・アルトワ。あと白・赤ワイン。でもやはりヒューガルデンが一番うまい。
