そろそろ開拓先も絞られてきたグルメゾン-北町ダイニング。
もうここまで来たらやれる時にやり切っておこうという、勝手な義務感に駆られて訪れたのが〈七代目卯兵衛〉。
ちょっと前に職場の人に誘われて来たことがあったような……あんまり芳しい思い出ではないので忘れていたけど。
昼はイロイロ魚の定食が充実。
その中から予算との兼ね合いも考えつつ選んだのは〈函館定食〉1,200円。
サーモンハラスと思われる焼き物と刺し身だし、お得感あるやんと。
ドリンクバースタイルでお好きにどうぞと言われるのだが、この形式、有難い人には有難いんだろうけど、個人的にはあまり好かなくて、その分、食事のほうに原価かけてくれないかな…なんて思ってしまうのだが、出て来た魚料理はそんな感じ。
悪くないよ。悪くないんだけどさ。
サーモンは何となく水っぽいし、刺し身も魚固有の味があまり感じられない。
少なくとも良質な定食屋で出逢う、メシを煽り立ててくるような刺し身ではない。
うーん。
難しいもんだ。
この界隈の魚メシを出す店は同程度の店が多いし、その中では健闘している感すらあるが、じゃあ絶賛して使うかって言うとなぁ…。
ま、これはこれで、北町ダイニングのコンプリートに向けた必要な一食だったと割り切ろう。
