都営地下鉄三田線大手町駅の地下連絡通路のD6番口から日本生命丸の内ガーデンタワーに
入り、すぐ左手のエスカレーターで１階まで上がり、ロビーで乗り換えてエスカレーターで
更に２階に上がります。吹き抜けのロビーに面した中央付近にお店があります。
大小のテーブルが４卓ほどだったかな小さなお店なので、ほとんどが予約で埋まっており
開店直後であれば１卓程度が運良く空いている時があります。
鯖を専門にした料理を提供するダイニングで、お酒もなかなかに隠れた銘酒が置いてあります。
まずはお酒と『ごまさば刺身』をお願いして、その間の繋ぎにと『鯛みそ』をいただきました。
「鯛みそ」はこのタイプのアテとしては珍しく薄味で口当たりがよくお酒が美味しく飲めます。
刺身は、胡麻和え風にした乱切りで胡麻も甘さは少なく風味を重視している感じで美味しいです。
追加でオーダーした「コロッケ」は鯖をほぐし身にした食感を残しており、青魚の香りもわずか
にあるので、これは好みが分かれそうでした。
〆に『鯖寿司』をいただきましたが、これは本数限定なので最初のオーダー時にお願いして
おなかいとなくなってしまうという人気メニューで、肉厚の鯖を使用したいわゆるバッテラになり
ますが、酢の〆具合が軽いので生鯖のような美味しさがあり頼めるのなら是非味わいたいものに
なります。
