マイルドで美味しいカレーちゃんぽん♡ : Saba miyama

I was in the area for work, so I checked out this place, which I had checked out before. I visited at 11:30pm on a weekday, opening time, and there were already about 10 people seated. I ordered Curry Champon (1,000 yen). *The first 20 customers will receive a free mackerel rice Onigiri! We had it - it was served in about 10 minutes. It was a normal champon topped with a chunk of curry-flavored minced meat arranged in a circle in Champon. The noodles were medium-thick round, smooth and slightly firm Champon noodles. The ingredients were thinly sliced wood ear mushrooms, cabbage, bean sprouts, pink and green kamaboko, pork and squid. The soup was milky white with a pork bone base, rich in flavor and mild taste, and very delicious. The vegetables still had a crunchy texture, so they might have been cooked separately. The curry-flavored minced meat melted and eaten gave it a nice change of flavor, but it was not too spicy. Then we added the table condiment "Mysterious Chili Pepper"! It was super spicy!! I put in a little too much lol But it was delicious ♪ The complimentary mackerel Onigiri contain fillets of mackerel It's complimentary, so I can't complain, but it's a little small...
