週末11時頃訪問です。開店直後なので店内は3割程度の入り。旅人以外の方々も多く、お一人様もグループも食事してます。ランチメニューのカキフライと4種の焼き牡蠣、グランドメニューから、生牡蠣4種、ポルチーニと牡蠣のクリームパスタ、牡蠣のワイン蒸しなど卓上のQRコードから注文しました。
10分しないでまず生牡蠣到着。どれも臭みなくオリーブオイルとレモンだけで十分。クリーミーさが違う4種を楽しめました。次にワイン蒸しが到着ですが、生牡蠣の後なので普通な感じでした。パスタはもちもち麺で美味しいですがポルチーニの香りはあまりしませんでした。最後にカキフライと焼き牡蠣のランチが到着。焼き牡蠣はチリソースや和風の味などご飯のおかずになるように味付けされてました。サラダは普通。スープは牡蠣の出汁が出ていましたが少し塩味が強かったです。
生牡蠣が臭み無くクリーミー味で美味しいです。生牡蠣を食べた後だと、焼いてしまってのサイズが小さくなったり、味付けでのクリーミーさがなくなるので食べる順番が重要ですね。生牡蠣だけで、ワインを飲んでても満足できるお店です!
