I went to Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) that specializes in Japanese sake, located in the basement of a multi-tenant building in a back alley about a 5 minute walk from the Yaesu North Exit of Tokyo Station. This restaurant has its main store in Akihabara, and opened a second store in Yaesu last year. During the day, they serve lunch at a reasonable price, but at night they also offer course meals and all-you-can-drink sake at a reasonable price. This time I chose the 5000 yen course.
