イチオシメニューを大きく掲示している店は初めて入る者にとってキャッチ―だ。
大手飯祭りの一環で行ったのだが，店名よりこのメニューに目が留まり入店。
【プリフィクスランチ】 1,480円（込）
「前菜」は山盛りグリーンサラダ，「メイン」は石川亭ハンバーグデミグラスソースをチョイス。
ごはんでいただいた。
前菜： 看板どおり山盛り。すっきり酸味にコショーがほのかにぴりっと効いたフレンチドレッシングがデフォでかかっている。躰が生野菜を欲していたせいもあり，量・野菜の質ともに満足。
メイン： 割と大型のハンバーグ。赤身のミンチに小間切れキャベツを練り込んである。焼き加減もミディアムレアな感じでなかなか良い。肉汁が迸るようなのも良いが，余計な脂肪分を摂りたくない健康志向派にはウケルんだと思う。 華美な下味付けはしていなくて，たっぷりのデミソでいただくように設計されている感じ。下にマッシュポテトが敷いてあるのが面白い。
ごはん： 注文時「ごはん」でオーダー。お店側からは 特に量やパンの要不要は確認されなかった。届いた注文伝票を見れば「ごはん 中」とある。実際届いたごはんは，がっかりするほど量が少なく感じた。 店頭イーゼルメニューに「ごはん or パン or 両方」とあったのが引っかかったままだったが，「おかわりできますか？」 とか 「大盛りもできますか？」と次回往訪する機会があれば尋ねてみよう（ホンネは「客に言わせるなよ」なんですけどね(笑)）。
同じくイーゼルメニューにあった「ランチタイム コーヒーまたは紅茶サービス （但し持ち帰り用に限る）」も気にはなっていたが，特にお店側から勧められたり，要不要の確認もなかった。こちらも客から特に言わない限りダマ天なのかな…(笑) こちらも 次回往訪する機会があれば，お店の姿勢が待ち受け型なのか，適度な攻め型なのか見極めたいと思います。

この日は職場の同僚を誘って再往訪。
開店からタッチの差で2番手客として入店。
通された席にはボトル水がなかったのでお願いしたり，店側の仕事を少しでも簡素化するべく，2人とも同じ組み合わせで注文しようと声がけする度「少々お待ち下さい」。フロントオペレーションは，先週の同じ曜日，同じ時間帯初訪に比べかなり見劣りがした。
【山盛りグリーンサラダ】も【デミグラスソースハンバーグ】の味は変わらず美味しかっただけ，フロント対応が玉に瑕の昼食となった。
ほんの一言の選び方，なだらかに混み合ってきた時の心中余裕の持ち方一つで随分と好印象に変えられるだけに残念。
そうそう，ごはんは大盛りに出来ることが分かったのでこの日は２人ともごはん大盛りにしました。
帰りの飲み物サービスは，この日も特に店側からの案内が入店から退店までいっさいなかったので，敢えて尋ねずお店を後にしました。
