しかし今年は東京でフレンチって言うと東京駅の近くばっかり行ってたな~…無精者ぶりを発揮してしまったというか(^^;
で、今回もそんな１軒を（笑） 新丸ビル５階に移転したメゾン・バルサックさんを移転後初訪問しました。と言っても移転してから随分経ってるけどね(^^ゞ 以前、移転前の店舗に行った時は奇しくもその日が最終営業日だったな~。で、どこに移転するのかと思ったら新丸ビルだったんですね。でもこちらの場所の方が、東京駅を臨めて明るい空間なので正解だったかも。
ま、それはともかく、注文したのは平日限定ビジネスランチ１８００円。スープ、サラダ、メイン、カフェといった内容。対するアルコールは、ペリエ・ジュエ グラン・ブリュット１０００円（通常１４５０円のところ水、金は１０００円）とドメーヌ・ド・プティ・ルビーのピクプール・ド・ピネ８００円を１杯ずつ。これに消費税が加算されます…ん(・・? あんた今の勤務地小田原なのに何で平日ランチなのかだって？ それは某店の先代店長と東京ドームで開かれるＫＩＳＳのライブ行くため半休取ったんですよｗ
スープ
なめらかなカリフラワーのポタージュ バジルソースのアクセント。確かになめらかですが、その中にあっても食材の主張やコクはあるので、徒になめらかなだけではないですね。バジルソースから広がるハーブ香も綺麗。
サラダ
オリジナルフルーツグラノーラが入ったグリーンサラダ。メインと一緒に供されます。グラノーラもふんだんに使われている分食感に複雑味が出るのが面白いし、エストラゴンの芳香が上品。
メイン
２種類あるうち、鶏もも肉のコンフィ ポテトピューレ添えを選択。シンプルに王道なメニューですね(^^; 鶏さんはあっさりとした中にもバルサミコのソースを合わせると引き締まったニュアンスも出るし、マッシュポテトのテイスト上のふわり感も相性がイイ。
