On this day, I had a banquet with my work colleagues! After the banquet, some of the members were heading back to Nagoya, so the organizer decided that a restaurant near Tokyo Station (Shinkansen) would be a good choice, so we chose this one. It was almost reserved, and I was looking forward to visiting as it looked like it would be a lively party. ① Store appearance, atmosphere, interior, etc. About 3 minutes walk from Tokyo Station Yaesu Exit. It's located in an alley that somehow retains a bit of the Showa era atmosphere. It's located on the second floor, but if you follow the simple store name signboard, you won't get lost. As you climb the steep stairs, there is a small tataki (tataki), where you take off your shoes and take a seat at the horigotatsu. If you reserved for yourself, you can enjoy the casual atmosphere as if you were visiting a friend's house. ② Regarding the food, I had pre-booked a reasonable course that included 2 hours of all-you-can-drink. The flow of the “Owner's Choice Course” was as follows. *Some irregular requests have already been reflected.・3 kinds of appetizers: Cabbage dressed with salted kelp, small boiled eggplant, and small cold tofu. All of them have a refreshing taste and are quite good as a starter.・Carpaccio Salad A salad topped with marinated salmon. The vegetables used are lettuce, mizuna, and tomatoes. The taste of the dressing is strong.・Assortment of 3 types of sashimi: octopus, scallops, and salmon. Salmon again! LOL The scallops are served with thinly sliced lemon. The octopus is lightly boiled, making it soft and easy to eat. Freshness is not bad.・Today's grilled dish (fish) Fried salmon with fat. The seasoning is just right and goes well with dry cold sake.・Today's grilled dish (meat) Salt-grilled local chicken. There was no smell of chicken, and I enjoyed the good texture and juicy chicken fat. It tastes good with a strong sprinkle of salt.・Shop signboard The signboard menu is boiled Gyoza / Dumpling and fried Gyoza / Dumpling. Apparently ground chicken is used. The smooth texture of the boiled Gyoza / Dumpling is served with ponzu sauce. It had just the right amount of sourness and was refreshing.・Chicken dumpling soup as a meal replacement? soup. The soup made from chicken bones has a deep, nutritious and comforting taste. The large chicken dumplings were satisfying to eat. There was plenty of volume and we had lots of alcohol. ③About customer service by the staff The hall was run by two women and one man who appeared to be the store manager. There were no problems with basic aspects such as greetings and being guided to a seat, and the reception was cheerful. Drinks are served quickly and payment is smooth, so there are no particular concerns. ④About CP The ingredients were a little biased, with a lot of salmon for seafood and a lot of chicken for meat, but considering the price of 5,000 yen with all-you-can-drink included, I guess it's acceptable. The atmosphere of the store and the staff's response are pleasant, and I think CP is average. Other things I noticed: The location is good, and customers were constantly coming to the store.
