Samgyeopsal, a famous dish from Jeju Island, South Korea, is traditionally eaten with fish sauce. At Suisakuma, please select three cuts of the brand-name pork "Satsuma Kurobuta" and enjoy them with our homemade "fish sauce" that recreates the authentic taste.

We will pickle high-quality Wagyu beef in a pot, serve it to you, and cut it right in front of you. Since we use about 500g of fresh vegetables, you can get all the vegetables you need for the day in one meal. Normally, even in the home of Korea, there is more meat, but at our restaurant it is the exact opposite. This is bulgogi where you can enjoy vegetables.
