東京駅丸の内側からすぐの新丸ビル5階にお店あり。
店内に入ると、眺めが良く窓から見える東京駅が素敵。
お店は厨房に面したカウンター席と東京駅もよく見える雰囲気抜群のテーブル席もあり。
鳥歐焼鳥ジビエコース20品 7150円(税込)注文
まずは「前菜5種盛り」
その綺麗な盛り付けにまずびっくり。
春のお野菜が使われていて美味しい〜。
「おまかせ焼鳥5品」「旬野菜串2品」
焼鳥は焼いているところも見られる様になってます。
とにかく鳥が柔らかくジューシー、塩加減も丁度良くて出てくる度に美味しくって嬉しくなっちゃう。
まとめて出てくるのではなく、焼き上がるたびに出してくれるのも良き。
野菜串は芽キャベツと長芋だったのですが、お野菜って焼くとこんなに美味しいんだ！としみじみ。
「極濃厚鶏白湯スープ」
鶏、塩、水だけとはとても思えない、濃厚で旨みたっぷりのスープ。
コクもあって旨し。
そしてジビエは猪と鹿。
串物からソーセージに鍋まで！
初めてのジビエでドキドキしましたが、全然臭みもなくて歯応えがあって、猪なんて脂が甘くてびっくりするくらい美味しかった(≧▽≦)
選べるメ料理は親子丼or 極濃厚鶏白湯スープのラーメン。
どっちも食べたかったので、2人で行ったので1つづつチョイス。
ラーメンは濃厚スープに細麺があう〜。
親子丼も鳥柔らかで美味しかった。
最後は温かいほうじ茶とデザート。
お腹いっぱいで大満足。
店員さんの接客もよく気持ちよくお食事することができました。
平日でしたが帰る時には満席。
入店した18時には明るい東京駅を、帰る20時にはライトアップされた東京駅も見られて良い時間を過ごすことが出来ました。
