店内はマトリョーシカがおいてあり、ロシアらしい雰囲気。

今回いただいたのは、「夏野菜とグレープフルーツの冷しボルシチ」。
水ナス、トマト、黄ズッキーニなどの夏野菜とビーツがたっぷり入っています。
お皿のふちにはグレープフルーツが添えてあります。
木苺ピューレを混ぜているそうで、フルーティーな味わいです。
野菜1つ1つがとても美味しいです！
