今日の大手町ひとり黙食ランチは焼魚！
普段圧倒的に麺類なのでたまにはちゃんと？ご飯。鯖のみりん干しを食べてみましたが、皮目がよーく焼けていて気を付けないと苦い(^_^;)
でも魚食べるのは上手な方だと自画自賛しときます‼️
写真の通りかなり皮目は黒く焼けています。
しかしそれをひっくり返すと普通です(^○^)
みりん干しなのである程度の焼け過ぎ感は仕方ないと思います。
身に箸を入れる・・・少し強めの箸使いで身をほぐしてひと口・・・美味しいです♪
ご飯にぴったりです(*^o^*)
そのご飯の炊き上がり具合も良かったと思います。
ごちそうさまでした(^O^)
