今回、宿泊がアマンでしたのでランチでお邪魔しました・・・
注文は「おまかせ握り15貫」
シャリが硬めで好みだ。
ネタはヒラメ・ノドグロ・烏賊・赤身・中トロ・コハダ・平貝・いくら・小柱・鯵・シャコ・
車海老・トロ・雲丹・穴子・玉子焼きって感じ。
この中ではシャコが一番気に入った！
このシャコ美味しかったな～
また「玉子焼き」も芝海老だけでなく他の海老も合わせて練ってるせいか味に深みがあるように感じました。
追加で「かんぴょう」・「 にはまぐり」・「 キンメダイ」を。
総額38500円・・・ちょっと高い感じがするけど、
場所が場所だからね・・・
