JRの高架下に新しく出来た日比谷グランメゾンの中にあるスタンディングbarの奥にある隠れ家的なイタリアンに行って来ました。
スタンディングbarの秘密の扉を開ければ奥は全く雰囲気が違うカジュアルでウッドな感じの空間が広がっています。
このお店は5000円のコース一本で21時以降はアラカルトでも頼めます。
ノンアルコールで乾杯前菜
カワハギのカルパッチョでカワハギのキモとカラスミ、塩昆布で昆布締めしたカワハギがめちゃ美味しかった
カプレーゼはカルフォルニア産のブラータチーズにキャビアでブラータチーズがミルク感があって美味しかった
前菜2皿目は山口県産の河豚にボルシチーニ茸を揚げた物でソースはトマト、オリーブケッパーが入っていてレモンを煮詰めたソースでめちゃ美味しかったよ
ファグラは赤ワインのソースが絶妙で美味しかった
カシスのパンがめちゃ美味しかったよ
口直しに柿と中国茶のグラニテでめちゃさっぱりしていて美味しかった
魚料理は松川カレイのムニエルでソースは緑が春菊のソースで白はカリフラワーのソースでした。
松川カレイがめちゃふっくらしていて美味しかった
パスタはナポリタンとアラビアータから選べて今回はアラビアータにしました。
ピリ辛でめちゃ美味しかったよ
メインはこの中きら選べて今回はラムのサーロインのローストにしました。
ラムのサーロインはお肉は柔らかく臭みも無くて美味しかったよ
デザートはティラミスにしたよ。
今回は17時ごろに行きましたが店内はほぼ満席でした。
店員さんも丁寧な接客で良かったです。
また再訪したいと思います
