We have been dedicated to Kyushu cuisine for 48 years. All ingredients are shipped directly from Kyushu! We will convey the authentic taste. Many of the dishes include Nagasaki's ``Champon Sara Udon'', Fukuoka's ``Mentaiko and Okiuto'', and Oita's ``Dagojiru and Toriten''. After all, our main attractions are the ``iron Gyoza / Dumpling'' that has become the darling of various media outlets, and the traditional `` Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot)'. And the PB product ``Karaka Sardine'' stands out. It provides an indescribable sense of nostalgia for those from Kyushu, and a fresh surprise for first-timers.

About 30 different types of drinks are made with a focus on Kyushu alcohol. We offer a variety of sake types, from fruity to drinkable, including Daiginjo Kikubijin, which is popular for its gorgeous aroma and elegant taste. In addition to potatoes, barley, and rice, we also recommend a wide variety of shochu, including soba, sesame, and awamori. We also have our original brand ``Kyushuhan'', so be sure to give it a try. Food Hakata iron Gyoza / Dumpling
It was born at a food stall in Hakata. Because it's an iron pot, it stays piping hot until the end! Everything from the skin to the filling is handmade. The sauce is made with bonito stock and special yuzu pepper! I'm so happy to be able to enjoy the exquisite two-tiered deliciousness.
