土曜日だからか、丸の内は割と静か。
三菱UFJ信託銀行ビル？の地下にあるビストロ。
雰囲気のいいお店でカップルが多い。
何かのアニバーサリー的な？お誕生日的な方が…
デザートプレートに花火ついてサプライズ！みたいな(^^)
最初にクリームチーズの上になんか乗ってる（説明あったけど忘れる…）絶対美味しいやーつな。
サーモンのマリネは熟成されてるやつは薄くない…サーモンのマリネでちょうどいいビネガー感（何それ？笑）
イカのカルボナーラはイカをパスタに見立てて、コレ美味しい。ソース濃厚。カリッとトーストされたパンと共に。
鯛のブイヤベースも2日ほど熟成したやーつ、途中でスープでブイヤベースソースを割り麺を追加してくれて…コレがまた美味しい。スープパスタのようなラーメンのような。
鴨ととうもろこしと…赤ワインとよく合うはずなのに白ワインにしてしまい、ちょい残念。本当は老眼で鴨が鶏に見えたのよ…あたしのバカバカ。
デザートはナッツとベリーが入ったアイスっぽいやーつ。
ってお店の方が色々説明してくれるんだけど、どれも全部美味しい。
そしてスタッフさんの接客が爽やかでとてもいい。
少し制服というかエプロンが汚れている感じがしましたが、逆にかしこまりすぎず安心できました（笑）
頑張ってるんやなーいうて。
今回はプチコースみたいなんでしたが、ちょうどお腹いっぱいになりました。
どれもこれも美味しかったです。
