単なるターメリックライスにカレーをかけた代物をビリヤニといって平気で客に出すなんて舐めすぎでしょう。バンギラスキッチンを心底見損なった。
東京駅の中にありカフェのような雰囲気のお店でしたが、ディナータイムに訪問。ボトルでワインを頼みスパイスの効いたインド料理とよく合いました。
タンドリー〇〇というメニューが多く似たような味付けのものが...
チキンビリヤニを頂きました。
湿り気が強いです。
残念ながら私好みでは無いです。個人的にビリヤニは某他店の方が好みです。
次来る事があった場合は違う物を頼みます
