最近は船堀店、神保町店と閉店して
残念に思っていましたが、
それは第二章のはじまりでした。

2022年9月8日OPEN
なんと！東京駅に
新しいお店が爆誕したのです。
東京駅JR北口改札出て
すぐのところにある
八重洲北食堂という
エリアに出来ました。
地下かと思って探したら
1階にありました。
めっちゃ迷子～
八重洲北食堂には
多国籍ゾーンっていう
さまざまな国の料理が
集まった場所があります。
韓国や中華、
ビフテキ・・
そして南インド！
奥まった所に進むと
あった！ありました！
可愛らしい店構え。
オープンして二日目だったので
関係者の方々が多く集まり
賑わっていました。
お昼時に行ったので行列が
出来てるかと思ったら
まだ知られていないのか
そこまで混んでいませんでした。
知名度が上がる前の
今が狙い目かも～
こちらはカジュアルスタイルのお店
ということでメニューは少なめ。
でも、めっちゃ魅力的なんです！
タンドリーチキンサンドや
ドーサタコス、スパイシーチキン丼。
見たことないメニューが並び
さすがバンゲラズ系列！
と思わずにはいられないラインナップ。
定番もののビリヤニやカレーも
しっかりあります。
夜のメニューも見せてもらったら
下から火をつけて温めるアヒージョなど
映える料理も用意されていて
夜も来たいと思わずにいられない！
●ドーサタコス
フィッシュ
1350円
ふぁ～！見たことのない
料理が出てきました。
マトンと魚が選べたので
魚にしたのですが
カジキマグロがふんだんに
入ってます。
ドーサがもちもち
おいしい～！
ドーサはよくある薄い
パリパリのタイプではなくて
ウルドゥドーサ。
マンガロール流のドーサで
ウラド豆と米の生地で焼き、
もっちりとした食感が特徴。
ほんのり酸味もありますが
強すぎず好みでした。
タコス味ということで
中にはチーズやレッドキドニーが
入っていてメキシコ風の味わい。
卓上調味料はチリソースと
タマリンドソース。
メキシコと南インドの
味の饗宴や～＼(^o^)／
斬新で楽しい一品でした。
●今週のデザート
200円
「今週の」ということで
デザートは週替わりなのでしょうか？
この日は
フィルニ（インド風ライスプディング）。
お米が黄色い長粒米のようで
食後でも重くなく
さくっといただけました。
●アイスミントティー
食後に口の中すっきり～
コップが可愛い
さすがバンゲラズ。
アイディア満載で楽しかったですね～
タコスドーサも美味しかったですが
隣の人が食べていた
カレーやビリヤニがめっちゃ
おいしそうで、
楽しいながらも本格的！
銀座店はハードルが高いけれど
こちらだと一人でさくっと
入れるのが嬉しい。
ちょうど社長さんがいたので聞いたら
今後さらに新しい展開が
待っているようです。
ますます目が離せない
