イタリア料理を複数経営するサローネグループの系列店。丸の内にこちらのお店がオープンしたということで、誕生日で利用しました。
お店はKITTEの隣にある東京ビルディングにあります。入り口は線路側にあり、ビルの中からではなく、路面から入りました。
店内は白を基調としており、リゾートな雰囲気です。
またサローネらしく非常に丁寧でかつフレンドリーな接客は好感がもてます。

ワインペアリング 12000円
コンセプトはシチリア料理です。高級な食材をふんだんに使用するのではなく、シチリアの家庭料理などをアレンジしているとのこと。イタリアの本店のシェフが監修しており、より現地の味を意識したつくりとなっています。
いずれも見事に調和された味わいです。島であるシチリア島らしく、特に魚介料理に良さを感じました。
ワインのペアリングはいずれもシチリアワイン。白赤オレンジワインなど少量ずつ7種です。シチリアらしく土着品種が多く、ブドウの品種から聞き馴染みのないものが多かったですが、料理との相性はどれも良く、美味しくいただきました。
全体的にすごく満足です。ただ一人4万円弱のお値段は少しだけ高いかな感じました。ごちそうさまでした。
