新しく会社に入社した方とお邪魔しました。パスタとオリーブオイルは特に美味しくて、お招きした方にもお喜び頂いたのですが、初回お邪魔した時よりも、全体として、ホールもキッチンも、切迫感というか、余裕のなさを感じました。シチリアなのでもう少し楽しくできないかなあと。現場よりもオーナーシップで考えるべきことがあると思いました。
