茅場町にあったロットチェントのシェフがこちらに。
なんとSALONEの系列だったとは。
前入っていたテナントの時より天井高く開放感ある店内、めっちゃ綺麗。青ベースで爽やかな感じ。
シチリア島でミシュラン獲得しているbyebyebluesが東京に進出の新しい形態のよう。
メインはお魚でした！
パスタにもカジキマグロ（梶木鮪って書くらしい）で、パスタは四角いパスタ。
最後には世界最小のパスタらしいクスクスとアイス。
本場イタリアのシチリア料理が丸の内で楽しめる、キレイめ女子会にぴったりなお店でした
ウェルカムプレートにメニューが封筒に入っていて、演出もきれい。
そして最後にスタッフさんが手書きされてる今日出たメニューの絵もいただけちゃいます
