Food Enjoy all-you-can-eat homemade flour bread for lunch and dinner!
Our pride is our homemade flour bread, where you can directly taste the aroma and flavor of freshly ground wheat. We mainly use domestic wheat that we purchase directly from contracted farmers, and we mill it daily using a stone mill inside the store. We use custom-made stone ovens and flat pots to carefully bake our products. Recommended items are levain-fermented sour bread and campagne with a high content of whole grains. The baguette made with 100% Organic Food wheat is also a must-try item. The popular all-you-can-eat bread is now available at the Marunouchi store!

“Iwanaka Pork Loin with Bone” is a masterpiece with moist meat and refreshing sweetness of fat. We also recommend the ``Amakusa Fresh Fish Carpaccio''. You can fully enjoy the rich texture of the thick slices and the aroma of the skin. We also select cheese to match the wine, so please enjoy it with our signature bread. Please also use it for quick drinks at the counter. *Currently, we are suspending the provision of wood-fired dishes, but we are planning to reopen in February.

The open interior of the store is flooded with natural light from three sides, creating a stylish space with a "primitive modern" feel. The interior uses Italian tufa stone, old wood, and black iron. The shocking pink walls add an accent to the chic and calm atmosphere. Seats such as tables, sofas, and counters can be selected depending on the occasion, making it perfect for gatherings such as girls' parties. We also accept reserved, so please feel free to use it for various parties.
