薬膳中華料理店で元祖冷やし担々麺
今では夏場、冷やし担々麺を提供するラーメン店がありますが、こちらのお店が元祖です！
四川中華薬膳料理、小はれ日より。
銀座１丁目にあるこちら。有楽町や東銀座からも徒歩7分程ですが、お店の入り口がこじんまりと控えめなので、通り過ぎてしまう事も。
こちらのお勧めは、元祖冷やし担々麺！
現在は、おまかせコース料理の締めの一品として、期間限定で提供されています。
他の料理も、基本おまかせなので、その日の仕入れによって、提供されるものが違いますが、事前に苦手なものや、この素材の料理を一品(仕入れられれば)と告げておけば、アレンジしてくれます。
また秋頃には、上海蟹を仕入れて、酔っ払い蟹という「上海蟹の紹興酒漬け」を要予約で食べる事も出来ます。
大切な人と大切な時を過ごす、そんな時に何度か利用させて頂きましたお店です。
厨房はシェフの高橋さんのみ。ホールも女性1名で切り盛りされていますので、混雑時にはご容赦を。

会社の同僚の卒業祝い？の席に、久しぶりにこちらにお邪魔しました。
今回は少しお願いをして、品数を増やして頂きました。
呑んべいには有り難いです！
かなり間を置いてお邪魔したので、青島ビールの種類が増えていて、びっくり！日本では私は初めて見た青島の銘柄もあり、３種類お願いしました。
料理は事前におかみさん(？笑)シェフと相談してあり、
希望に沿った、おつまみ的な料理仕立てにして頂きました。
同行した主賓やその友人も大層喜んでいただけて、良かったです！
