This is what my junior booked for me. Seems to be a regular. The large number of items served, the good taste, and the authentic Medicinal Food. The price is also reasonable. I came across a store that makes me want to visit again. Before drinking beer, a warm Medicinal Food soup is served first. Before cooling the stomach, people drink soup containing ginseng, turmeric, soybean paste, and bonito flakes to keep their bodies in shape. However, it doesn't smell like medicine. If you don't know, it's a mildly salty soup that is kind to your body. The menu for this day also includes: - Bite-sized walnuts cooked in candy - Chili pepper powder - A variety of appetizers featuring delicacies from the mountains and sea - Steamed red grunt - Spicy stir-fried pork belly - Mapo tofu with white rice - Dandan noodles without soup - Almond tofu and hibiscus sauce Everything was delicious and I forgot I was in a Medicinal Food restaurant. I learned that the steamed grunt contains a type of blue-green algae called hair cabbage, which has the same sound as the Chinese word for accumulating wealth, so I learned that it can also be eaten as a lucky charm. When I got home, my body felt sore. It is also said to be the birthplace of chilled Dandan noodles. Apparently they won't do it until it gets hotter, but I'd definitely like to try it.
