初訪問です。
14時過ぎの訪問、ほかにお客さんはいませんでした。
COREDO日本橋の4階で日本橋駅からはすぐの場所です。
外観は入口が狭く、店内もスポット照明のため高級感のある雰囲気です。
カウンターに腰掛け注文。
本日頼んだのは、
特製天丼 1870円
通常ランチにはかなりハイプライスです。
8分ほどで運ばれてきました。
その場で料理人が揚げているLIVE感が良いのですが、揚げたものは裏でタレにくぐらせて盛っています。
もちろん具は熱々ですが、衣はカリカリ感はなく、染み入ってる感じ。
甘じょっぱいタレは美味しいんだけど、少しカリカリ感はほしかったです。
海老2本、アスパラ、蓮根、椎茸、かき揚げがもられています。
海老はプリプリ、弾力があって身の旨味もしっかりあって美味しいです。
蓮根はホクホク、程よいカリッと感とあいまって美味しかったです。
アスパラはやややわらかめですが、甘みがあって美味しかったです。
椎茸も肉厚で、プリッとしてました。
そして、かき揚げ。
小海老のプリッと感と柚子の皮？この香りが驚きの美味しさ。爽やかにそして酸味もあってアクセントになります。
このかき揚げ、人気なんだろうなぁと思いました。
味噌汁は赤だしで、やや濃い目。
漬物は柴漬けでした。
やっぱりネックは値段とタレの染み具合ですが、なかなか楽しめるお店でした。
揚げたて、カリッとを是非食べたいところ。
