鯵フライ定食＆海鮮漬け
鯵フライがこんなに美味いとは、驚きだ。決して初めてでは無いのに。
最近は鯵フライは職場近くの定食屋で我慢していたのは、行列までして食べなくてもと考えてしまった自分がいたからだ。
時間が出来たので、京橋の松輪に意を決して食べに行く事にした。10:30頃に到着すると一番乗りになってしまった。20年ぶりだと何時に並んだか、全く忘れてしまっていた。
水分を絞った大根おろしに山葵をざっくり混ぜ、鯵フライに乗せ、少量の醤油をかけて食べ始めると昔の記憶が蘇ってきた、この味だよ、この味。
肉厚で締まっているのに、フワッと柔らかい身。きめ細かいサクサクの衣。なんて幸せなんだ。
大根おろしのさっぱりとした味わい、ピリッとしたわさびの風味で、箸が止まらない美味しさ。
やっぱり松輪の鯵フライは最高だ。

鯵フライはいつ食べても美味い。受け付け39番だったけど、漬けがまだ、残っていた。43番目の人は漬けが売り切れと言われていた。漬けを食べられて、ラッキー！
ご飯、味噌汁、大根おろしを追加料金無しで、おかわりができるのはありがたい。
今日のご飯は私の好みの炊き方では無かった、残念。
