日本橋にあるマンダリンオリエンタル東京。
37階にあるフレンチレストランへ伺いました。
マンダリンのレストランはそれぞれ内装が異なり、どのお店も素敵な空間になっています。
こちらのお店は白と水色を基調にした明るい空間、そして37階からの素敵な景色。
今回は4品のランチコース(12,144円)を注文。
デザート以外は内容を選択できるシステムです。
▪︎アミューズブーシュ
コースの前にアミューズブーシュから。
グジェールとローズマリーのシャーベットが入った玉ねぎの冷たいスープ。
▪︎パン
大きなサワードゥが出てきます。
バターと少し塩を乗せて食べると美味しいと聞き、試してみると塩がすごく美味しい！！
こちらのサワードゥも酸味が丁度良く、他のお料理との相性が良かったです。
▪︎冷たい前菜
(パテアンクルート 柑橘でマリネした京鴨とフォアグラ 金人参 鴨のコンソメジュレ)
選んだ冷たい前菜は、大好きな鴨
鴨とフォアグラが濃厚さを堪能できるパテでした。
▪︎温かい前菜
(帆立貝のグリエ クレソンのソース グレープフルーツのアクセント アンディーヴのクーリ)
温かい前菜には帆立をチョイス。
大きな帆立は中がレアで絶妙な火入れ、ソースはグレープフルーツがアクセントになっています。
▪︎メイン
(仔羊背肉と肩肉の煮込み "ナヴァラン" クリスピーなソッカ ミント)
メインは大好物の仔羊を。
なんと、仔羊を3種類の食べ方で楽しめます。
仔羊のステーキは柔らかくてジューシー。
フォアグラが中に詰められた一品も美味しかったです。

("バハ オ ラム" パイナップルとライムのシャーベット クレームシャンティ)
デザートは３つのお皿で登場！！
パイナップルのお皿があるのですが、このパイナップルが絶品。
全体的に大人なスイーツでサッパリ頂けました。
▪︎食後のドリンク、小菓子
食後のドリンクと共に出てきた小菓子、もうお腹いっぱいでしたが美味しすぎたので手が止まらず完食です。
クラシカルながらもモダンも取り入れたようなフレンチで、どのお料理も素晴らしかったです。
洗練された空間とホテルならではのサービス、優雅にお食事できました♪
記念日など特別な時にお勧めしたいお店です。
