得意先のお客様2名を招待しました。コースは、前沢牛しゃぶしゃぶコースでした。
前菜、お刺身をおいしく頂き、ビールからお酒と進み、メインのしゃぶしゃぶです。
綺麗に皿に盛られた霜降りの牛肉にまず驚きます。
仲居さんが、その1枚を湯気であぶって、わさび醤油でいただきましたが、その美味しいこと。二人のお客様も
口々においしいと言います。
続いて、ポン酢醤油でいただきましたが、これも絶品です。
お酒は,東北復興を願って、青森の田酒、岩手の南部美人、宮城の日高見・・・を、飲みましたが、
どれも、おいしく翌日もスッキリです。
和室の個室も小奇麗で、女将さん、仲居さんの品のあるもてなしも、うれしかったです。
