日本料理屋
かに雑炊定食 950円
日本橋なのによつ谷とはこれいかに…店名の由来は分からない。
日本橋（本当の橋）のたもとからでも地下道で雨風にあたることなく行ける。地上と地下道の中間の踊り場にあたるフロアにある。
これまでに2度12:00前に行ったがいずれも満席だった手強い店。
今日は13:00過ぎに訪問してみた。自動扉を開けると上りスロープになっている。今日は入れそうだ。入口の近くの席に案内される。テーブルごとについたてで仕切られているのは落ち着く。
すぐに温かい布のおしぼりが出される。お目当てのかに雑炊を注文して待つ。
おしぼりは出されたがお茶は出ない。食器がガチャガチャ当たる音が頻繁に聞こえるなど、どことなくがさつな印象を受ける。BGMの琴の調べも、ガチャガチャ音を掻き消すためかやや大きめのボリューム。
お膳にデザートを含め全てがのって出される。
三つ葉の香りがして食欲がそそられる。早速雑炊を椀に取り一口食べる。しいたけの出汁が効いている。蟹の肉は入っているが、こちらはそれほど存在感がない。
味つけは一口目に合わせてあるようで、食べ進めていくうちに味の濃さが気になってくる。
タコの刺身はシンプルながら美味しい。
ナムル風のもやしはコショウの風味がして良いアクセントになる。
沢庵と大根の皮の漬物は塩分控えめで歯応えがあり、これも口直しに良い。
デザートはリンゴ。最後にさっぱりした。
雑炊は上品過ぎずそれなりの量で、全体のバランスも悪くなく、値段はリーズナブル。
膳を運んできた時も勘定を持ってきた時もスルーで、最後までお茶が出なかったのはかえすがえすも残念だった。
常連が多いようで女将と親しげにあれこれ話すために（病気談義とか年金談義とか…）、年配の男性達の会計の時間が長くて席を立つタイミングが難しかった（苦笑）
