JR総武本線新日本橋駅から直結のビルのB1階にありますよつ谷さんでランチしてきました。
店内に入ってゆったりと入り口すぐのテーブル席に案内され着席。
注文したのは蟹雑炊定食950円か、
東どんぶり定食1300円か
すき焼き定食1600円かを迷いに迷って悩んだすえに、すき焼き定食に決定。
しばらく待って出てきました。
和牛すき焼き・茶碗蒸し・ご飯・味噌汁・もやしの和え物・漬物・生卵にりんごとかなりの品数とボリューム。
すき焼き鍋の下に火をつけてもらい、グツグツと煮込まれていきます。
出来上がるまで、茶碗蒸しを食べて待つことに。
いい味のお出汁に、しっかりと銀杏も入ってとってもうれC。
美味しいすき焼きの香りがしてきたら食べごろ。
卵をといて牛肉を持ち上げ、ご飯に乗せていただきます！

柔らかく甘さも程々の割下が、高級感を醸し出します。
途中ご飯のお代わりのお勧めを聞きにきてくれたり、ホールスタッフさんの気配りも見えましたが、おかわりが欲しい時に来客や常連さんらしき方のお見送りなどでなかなか気づいてもらえない。
2分ほど茶碗を持ったまま、キョロキョロしていたところ気づいてもらって無事お代わりゲット。
残りのすき焼きをご飯と一緒にいただきました。
最後のりんごは塩で引き締まり、さっぱりんごでございます。
