コロナ騒動の中、社内利用。
個室一組とテーブル一組のみ。
ふぐ刺しから始まり、ふぐ唐揚げひれ酒、ふぐ鍋、雑炊まで、まさにふぐ料理といった料理に満足。
ひれ酒はフタしてマッチでぼってアルコールを飛ばすのではなく、部屋の電気を消して、高い位置からとっくりで注ぎながら、それに火を付けて見せる演出でした。
この演出は初めてでした。
もちろん、ふぐ料理は美味しかったのは言うまでもなく、ゆっくりした雰囲気でふぐを堪能できました。
