I went to shabu shabu Yotsuya because someone at my company was retiring and the company president's favorite. I've only ever been to chain stores, so I was nervous even before I entered the store. I had already booked the course, but the meat was A5...the marbling was too bad...but a problem arose...A5 rank is lovely for someone over 30 years old, but it was too fatty and I couldn't eat it. LOL The structure of our hotpot has changed, so you can also enjoy shabu shabu, but the center of the pot is cylindrical, so you can also enjoy grilled shabu. Overall, it's delicious, but it's a bit pricey for an individual.
