I was looking for a Japanese Japanese-style meal in Nihonbashi to take a foreigner there privately. It was a small, clean restaurant, and 7,000 yen per person with two drinks included is rare in this area. However, on the day, a customer couldn't come. They said they couldn't cancel on the day because of ingredients. They made the course a little more luxurious. It was more delicious than I expected! Especially the Sushi. The ingredients were fresh. The sashimi platter was delicious, as were the scallops and horse mackerel. The seaweed Vinegared dish was also crunchy and memorable. We could choose Kaga Tobi or Kakuei for our drinks. It's not like an all-you-can-drink Izakaya (Japanese-style bar). lol Overall, I was satisfied. The customer took us to another restaurant the next day, but I really wanted to come with him. However, another customer sat next to us because we had canceled. Did they explain that they couldn't cancel because of the cost of ingredients? Well, it can't be helped since it was on the day. Thank you for the meal.
