平日のランチで訪問しました。
日本橋界隈を散策中、この日は何となくお寿司系が食べたいなということで、コチラを訪問しました。
場所は壺カレーで有名な紅花と中華の小洞天の間です。
暖簾は掛かっていませんが、店頭にランチメニューが掲示されていて、第1印象は比較的リーズナブルなお値段でお寿司系が頂けそうです。
店構えは高級感あって入るのが躊躇しますが、玄関を入ると思ったより１人客もいたり、大将の気さくな雰囲気で、その点では気軽にランチができます。
店内は板場を囲うようにＬ字のカウンター席に、奥にはテーブル席もあるようです。
ワタクシ１人なのでカウンターに陣取り、メニューを改めて眺めます。
ランチは深川めしや蟹とマグロ中落ち丼などの丼物にもちろん本格的な握り寿司などもあります。
ワタクシ、お店に入る直前までは握り寿司と決めていたのですが、カウンターに座って改めてメニューを見て、おすすめランチの厳選白身魚の利休丼にロックオン。
気づけば注文していました。
この日の白身魚は真鯛、厳選という冠が付くだけあって食感は鯛の身の特徴が際立つプリプリ、もっちりでとても美味しいです。
全体に掛かっている胡麻醤油も上品な味わいで実に贅沢なランチです。
酢飯も手間暇かけて仕上げられているのが良く分かる酢飯で、〆具合もよくご飯が進みます。
ネタもいいし、酢飯もいいし、なかなか美味しい丼です。
付け合わせのサトイモの煮付やガリもこれぞ和食って一品で思わずニンマリ。
高級な和食店が並ぶ日本橋で、この価格帯で気軽にこのレベルのお料理を頂ける体験は貴重ですね。
また、日本橋に来た時はふらっと立ち寄りたいお店です。
