ゆっくりできるが、お味は…。
日本橋三越日曜日、13時過ぎのランチ。
お得なワンプレートは二品のお料理をチョイスでき、スープとサラダ付きで2160円を二つとエビグラタン、単品サラダを３人で注文。
１つはハンバーグとかにクリームコロッケ二個、
もうひとつはデミグラスオムライスにデミグラスメンチカツ。
エビグラタンはチーズの香りも香ばしく具材もたっぷりでGOOD⤴
オムライスは、卵の塩梅は合格だが、ケチャップライスがベチョベチョ⤵
ハンバーグやメンチカツは…家で使うお肉がいいからでしょうか？私作の方が美味しい！という結論に。
洋食は難しい…名店でもなかなかだ。

久々の日本橋三越本店グリル満天星。
後輩のお疲れ様会で3人で来店。
伊勢丹会館の満天星で苦い経験があるが、気を取り直して懲りずにプティコースを注文。3280円だったかな？ちょっと失念。
カリカリしらすとごまのサラダは、ほとんどツナサラダ。ツナがたっぷりのっています。
一口ロールキャベツ満天星風は半分に切ってチーズをかけて焼いてあるのか、本当に一口でした。豚ロースのソテーはお肉が柔らかく脂も甘く…美味しい。名物オムレツライスのデミソースは安定のおいしさで、中に魚貝も入っていて満足。デザートは至って普通です。
1月に伊勢丹会館でがっくり来たことがあるので、期待してませんでしたが、流石に日本橋三越本店に構えるだけあって、しっかりした物を出してくれました。
次はディナーセットをつけた単品にしようかな？
同僚の注文を見たら、ハンバーグデミソース単品についてきたのは、オードブル、コーンスープ、サラダとデザートとドリンクこれもこれで、ありのラインナップでしたね。
