東京駅そばの八重洲エリアにあるお店。
そばを通りかかる機会はあったものの来店したことはなく、知り合いのオススメで平日ランチに初来店。
店内は8割ほどのお客さんで賑わっていました。
テーブル席へ案内いただき、メニューをチェック。
ランチメニューは3種類。
どのメニューもパンorライス・サラダ・ドリンク付です。
A:海の幸と渡り蟹のトマトソースドリア 1,380円
B:匠の大山鶏もも肉とアサリ・茸のフリカッセ 1,480円
C:プレミアムビストロハンバーグデミグラスソース 1,680円
お願いしたメニューはこちら。
A:海の幸と渡り蟹のトマトソースドリア 1,380円
ホタテ、海老、ムール貝など魚介の旨みが溶け込んだトマトソースはトマトの酸味と甘味のバランスが絶妙！また、渡り蟹を贅沢に使い、こく深い味わいのドリアに仕上げました。というメニューの記載通りでした！
来店した方のオススメって間違いないですね！
空ブタはハンバーグ苦手なので注文しませんでしたが、お店を出る際に見かけた肉汁たっぷりのハンバーグ魅力的でした。
ハンバーグ好きにはたまらないんだろうなぁ♪

I visited after 6pm on a weekday night, and the restaurant was almost full, so advance reservations are recommended. I asked for a Bistro meal plan with all-you-can-drink for 2 hours for 5,500 yen. Sparkling wine, which was not on the all-you-can-drink menu, can be ordered for an additional 500 yen. ◇Assorted appetizers The assorted appetizers were particularly delicious with the oufu mayonnaise, and the salad was exquisite with soft-boiled eggs and bacon with just the right amount of salt. ◇Salad ◇Asche Parmentier The rich white sauce went well with the wine. ◇The beef Steak looked beautiful, and the accompanying vegetables were carefully cooked. ◇Dessert Gateau chocolat is exquisite and goes great with red wine!
